Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage daily treasury operations, banking transactions, and fund management activities.
2. Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Collection (BC), and related banking documentation.
3. Monitor and manage Overdraft (OD) facilities, bank limits, utilization, and interest calculations.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements and fund requirement forecasts.
5. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Coordinate with banks for LC issuance, amendments, payments, documentation, and other banking requirements.
7. Handle forward contracts, foreign exchange transactions, and related documentation for currency risk management.
8. Monitor payment schedules, vendor payments, customer receipts, and fund availability.
9. Maintain accurate records of banking transactions, treasury reports, and financial documents.
10. Assist in managing working capital, liquidity, and short-term funding requirements.
11. Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and banking partners for treasury-related matters.
12. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, banking procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or Finance.
• 23 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or trading organization will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with banks and manage multiple financial transactions accurately.
