What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage cash flow, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations by filing returns on time and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth book closure.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in finance & accounts role in an NBFC industry.
- Strong knowledge of AS (Accounting Standards) and IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
- Proficiency in TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) processing and return filing.
