Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with good knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing monthly financial MIS reports, monitoring cash inflows and outflows, and handling personal accounting for directors and other individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sales and purchase entries in Tally Prime.
• Prepare monthly cash inflow and outflow statements.
• Handle and maintain the cash book and record cash transactions.
• Prepare cash flow statements and monitor financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statement summaries for management review.
• Prepare monthly financial MIS reports covering income, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Handle personal accounting and financial records for directors and other individuals.
• Verify financial data and ensure the accuracy of accounting entries.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal accounting information.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of sales and purchase entries.
• Understanding of cash book maintenance and cash flow statements.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential financial records.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience

• Candidates with relevant experience in accounting, finance, and MIS reporting will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
