Are you an ambitious Finance Executive looking for more than routine accounting work?

At CIP GROUP SDN. BHD., we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who wants to take ownership of financial operations, contribute ideas and participate directly in management discussions.

This is an opportunity to develop your career beyond traditional accounting, with exposure to business strategy, financial planning and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL.
• Oversee cash flow, collections, supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting, taxation and e-Invoice requirements.
• Work closely with Senior Management on financial planning and business performance.
• Participate in relevant management meetings and financial reviews.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs and strengthen cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and project profitability analysis.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and other professional advisers.
• Support management initiatives to improve operational and financial efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and confident in presenting ideas to Management.
• Familiarity with Malaysian e-Invoice requirements is an advantage.
