What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account) on a monthly basis.
- Ensure timely submission of TDS returns and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using ERP systems like SAP or similar tools.
- Provide support for audits by gathering necessary documents and information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong knowledge of finance principles, accounting standards, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with hands-on experience on ERP systems like SAP.
