Purpose:
The Finance Executive will play a critical role in managing and executing core finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and strengthening internal controls. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of finance functions, with the ability to support strategic planning and operational excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Deliverables:
● Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
● Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
● Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits by ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of audit queries.
● Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns, and liaising with consultants and authorities as needed.
● Contribute to financial planning and analysis, variance reporting, cost optimization, and process improvements to drive financial efficiency.
● Ensure integrity and confidentiality of financial data, maintain accurate records, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business and compliance goals.

What We’re Looking For:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline; CA Inter or semi-qualified CA is mandated.
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts, within a fintech or technology-driven organization.
● Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software; exposure to automation tools will be an added advantage.
● In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, audit procedures, and financial compliance requirements.
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
