Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash and bank balances and maintain cash flow records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
• Support tax calculations, tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Level 3 /ACCA Part I /other relevant accounting qualifications
• At least 1 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with the team.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
