Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Muntinlupa City.

The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, assist in preparing financial statements, supporting monthly and annual financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The role involves analyzing data, GL management, and assisting with tax compliance, including VAT and other relevant regulations. The Finance Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support audits, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial accuracy, control, integrity and transparency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience in general accounting and compliance processes.
• Provide expertise in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Solid Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify variances, and provide insights for management decisions.
• With working knowledge of Tax complainces, VAT reporting and related tax regulations, and be able to support proper tax filing and documentation for audit-readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business finance related field
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software, with attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. With knowledge in SmartBooks is a plus
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
• Prior experience in corporate finance, accounting, or audit within a services or technology-driven organization is preferred.
• Meticulous and keen to details and have the ability to handle pressure and TAT driven environment
• Experience in Service Industry and Background verifications is an advantage
