What they need

Finance Executive

Company Summary

For over 30 years, we have helped businesses across 180 countries modernise the way they communicate. Simplifying complex environments, reducing unnecessary operational overhead, and giving businesses the flexibility to choose the right mix of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises communications.

Today, we help organisations move toward a Microsoft-first communications strategy with confidence. Support what works, simplify what doesn’t, and build an AI-ready communications environment that’s designed for long-term flexibility and growth.

From deployment, integration, migration, and management to AI, automation, and customer experience, Aura helps organisations bring voice, collaboration, and CX together inside Microsoft Teams through one connected journey focused on real business outcomes.

Role Summary

Aura operates with a lean finance team, and this role is accountable for the day-to-day transactional finance function, from customer invoice through to cash received, and from supplier invoice through to payment. The position works closely with the Management Accountant and supports the wider business across billing, payables, receivables, reconciliations and finance operations.

Billing at Aura spans recurring monthly telecoms billing, one-off billing and milestone project billing, across several connected systems. The successful candidate must be comfortable owning their ledgers end to end: processing accurately, reconciling across systems, chasing what is outstanding, and finding and resolving discrepancies.

Role is UK based with our UK HQ based in the City of London. EC3
