FINANCE EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT 3 MONTHS)

About the role

Finance Executive responsible for General Ledger and Financial Reporting within the People Division Finance Department.

Contract: Three months

Key responsibilities

• Month-End/Year-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and close the general ledger on time.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts to clear variances.
• Financial Reporting: Participate in the preparation full-set of accounting i.e profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial report and information as requested by superior and Management
• Compliance: Ensure records follow local tax laws, MFRS and internal Management requirements.
• Audit Support: Gather documentation and assist internal and external auditors during reviews. Assist to prepare draft audited financial statement followed the standard format
• Taxation: Basic knowledge on tax computation and tax submission.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of corporate accounting or general ledger experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems like NAV or any system. Able to adopt with the system used by the Company
• Independent, high attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
