Finance Executive cum Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Farm & Operational Administration

• Manage general office administration, filing, and correspondence
• Support HR-related administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation)
• Maintain farm statutory documents, land compliance records, and agricultural certifications
• Coordinate meeting schedules, minutes, and follow-ups for management

Finance & Accounting

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims
• Manage monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting
• Support preparation of documents for audit, tax, and SST/excise filings
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable

Inventory & Operations Support

• Maintain and update inventory records (stock in/out, reconciliation with warehouse/OEM partners)
• Support procurement processes including PO issuance and vendor follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or other related fields.
• Preferably, candidates should have more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (GSheets) and other relevant office applications.
• Basic knowledge of administration and finance.
• Willing and comfortable to work in a farm/agriculture environment, as the role will work closely with the Farm Manager.
