Finance Executive (Excel, Mgmt Reporting) @ Novena ~

Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of deliverables. The successful candidate will support the existing team in financial reporting, budgeting and balance sheet management while assisting ongoing finance operations and improvement initiatives.

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and analyse financial reports for management reporting

·         Support budgeting and financial planning

·         Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clearing activities

·         Assist with month-end and year-end processes

·         Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·         Recognised Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

·         Entry level are welcomed to apply

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Experience in leveraging Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and work processes.

·         Able to commence work immediately.

·         Driven and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership.

·         Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.

·         Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes.

·         Meticulous, organised, and attentive to detail.
