• Prepare and post accounting entries and support period close activities
• Process vendor invoices and petty cash; coordinate approvals and resolve exceptions
• Support accounts receivable activities (billing, collections follow-ups, reconciliations, agreements)
• Perform budget Vs Forecasting; investigate and clear variances
• Prepare routine MIS reports and finance dashboards; track key metrics and timelines
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal control compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address finance queries and improve process efficiency
