Finance Executive (Fixed Assets) | Government Sector | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

• Salary: $3,500/month + Leaves + Medical Coverage
• Location: Hampshire Road
• Contract: 1 year (Renewable)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hour (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Update asset records for new assets, transfers and disposals.
• Check asset balances and follow up on any differences.
• Check project costs and update asset records when projects are completed.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare reports.
• Prepare documents for audits and follow up with internal teams on asset matters.

Requirements

• Accountancy knowledge or a relevant professional qualification.
• Min 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience. Fixed asset experience is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting standards, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Knowledge of SAP, AI tools, data analytics or RPA is an advantage.
• Singaporean only.
