About The Role:

This role supports the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial records, timely transaction processing, effective collection management, compliance with company policies and strengthening of internal controls. The Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring finance transactions are processed accurately and timely in accordance with approved procedures while maintaining proper documentation and audit trail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify billing supporting documents including quotations, purchase orders, delivery documents, and service-related documents.
• Ensure billing transactions are properly recorded in AutoCount accounting system.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and Accounts Receivable ageing.
• Perform regular follow-up with customers on overdue payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents and match invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and relevant approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules and payment supporting documents.
• Record daily bank receipts and payments in AutoCount and perform bank reconciliation.
• Perform daily accounting transactions in AutoCount, prepare journal entries and maintain General Ledger supporting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years relevant working experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Experience in AutoCount or similar accounting software is advantageous.
• Experience in SME accounting environment is preferred.
• Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Good team player with positive working attitude.
