Finance Executive II (AR)

1. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
2. Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, deductions, and payment discrepancies promptly.
3. Prepare accounts receivable ageing analysis and provide collection status updates to management.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and interna; control procedures.
5. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance billing, collection, and receivable management efficiency.
6. Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer invoices, receipts, credit notes and related records.
7. Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary AR documentation and explanations.
8. Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required
• At least 2-5 year of working experience in accounts receivable is preferred for this position
• Professional qualifications such as MIA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar will be considered a plus
• Well versed in accounting standards, procedures, and practices
• Keep abreast with the latest accounting standards and the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in sales invoice preparation and collection report generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Finance software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze and summarize complex information
• Strong understanding of business principles and finance in order to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
• Appreciate the importance for a high level of accuracy in data produced
• Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
• Good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
