Finance Executive in Mumbai

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to support our day-to-day finance operations and keep our books accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client collections
• Raise invoices and follow up on pending payments
• Maintain records for purchases, including import and vendor documentation
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance with our CA
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS for management
• Organise financial data using spreadsheets and accounting software
• Take up other finance and admin tasks as needed

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent; 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books, and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS
• Accurate, organised, and reliable with deadlines
