Finance Executive (JB Based)

Purpose of Job :

Responsible for month end closing and reporting for branch including journals, reconciliations, audit schedule, tax updates, and ensuring accurate accounting system postings.

Job Roles :

• Manage costing for contract Logistics & Property
• Inter-co & interbranch transactions
• Daily & monthly journal entries
• Balance sheet & reconcilitations
• Cash flow management
• Month end closing on admin expenses
• Prepare tax information requested
• Liaise with bank for any bank matters
• Attend internal & external audit request

Requirements :

• Must possess bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or any other professional accounting qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Must be able to handle a full set of accounts
• Knowledge in SAP HANA accounting software will be advantage
