Finance Executive (Fixed Assets) - 1 Year Renewable Contract (MNC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly fixed asset and financial reports and support month-end closing.
• Perform account reconciliations and quarterly financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and Asset Under Construction (AUC) reviews.
• Process project cost reclassifications, journal vouchers and capital expenditure transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset records and process work-in-progress asset commissioning in SAP.
• Perform timesheet reconciliations and maintain system records.
• Support audits, asset condemnation exercises and related documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on finance and system-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in fixed asset accounting or financial reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
