Finance Executive / Senior Executive

About Us

We are a growing regional industrial solutions group with operations across Southeast Asia. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting activities and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring and variance analysis.
• Assist with Group reporting and consolidation of financial information across entities.
• Support taxation, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external parties.
• Support treasury activities including payments, fund transfers and banking matters.
• Assist in costing, expense analysis and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information to management and Group Finance.
• Support finance process improvements, system enhancements and other ad hoc finance matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting and month-end closing.
• Exposure to budgeting, taxation, cash flow and/or Group consolidation would be advantageous.
