Finance Executive

Contract period: Immediate – to 31 Dec 2026 (likely no extension)

Salary range: up to $4,200 – depending on experience

Work Location: Yio Chu Kang nearest MRT

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm

Job Description

        - Ensure the accurate recording and classification of transactions in the bank’s accounting system.

        - The role involves maintaining the General Ledger (GL), supporting financial and regulatory reporting, and resolving discrepancies.

        - The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity, process improvements, and operational support.

        - Maintain and update the GL and chart of accounts.

        - Provide accounting advisory and support for transactions.

        - Participate in product, process, and system changes, ensuring reporting requirements are met.

        - Review daily operational reports and address exceptions or discrepancies.

        - Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies between systems.

        - Provide operational support in case of data gaps or outages.

        - Assist with audit queries and year-end confirmations.

        - Contribute to process improvements and provide cross-departmental support.

        - Perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possesses 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Ops
• Min. Diploma or relevant field of studies
