Finance Executive – Treasury

We are looking for a Finance Executive – Treasury to support treasury and banking operations across multiple Group entities. The role will handle banking transactions, trade finance facilities, cash-flow planning, documentation and coordination with banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations across 50+ multi-currency bank accounts.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Trust Receipts (TR), D/A arrangements, Bank Guarantees and trade finance facilities.
• Coordinate loan, working capital and other banking facilities, including documentation, forms, renewals and settlements.
• Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts, funding requirements and treasury budgets.
• Coordinate fund transfers and banking transactions through online banking platforms.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal finance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of bank facilities, LC/TRs, guarantees, loans, maturities and utilization.
• Coordinate with banks, Group entities, suppliers and internal finance teams.
• Support KYC, bank account opening/closing, signatory changes and other banking documentation.
• Assist the Treasury Manager in monitoring cash positions, facility utilization and upcoming payment obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
2. 5–10 years of experience in Treasury, Trade Finance or Banking Operations.
3. Hands-on experience with LCs, TRs, D/A, Bank Guarantees and loan/working capital facilities.
4. Experience managing multiple bank accounts and multi-currency transactions.
5. Strong knowledge of cash-flow forecasting and bank reconciliation.
6. Good Excel and ERP skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
7. Experience in chemical/commodity trading, distribution, import-export or manufacturing is preferred.
8. Strong attention to detail, documentation and coordination skills.
9. UAE experience and familiarity with UAE banking practices will be an advantage.
