Finance Executive/Analyst

About the role

Manage monthly sales commission calculations, reviews and payments across multiple global regions, including preparation and distribution of commission statements. Review commission structures, reconcile data and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams. Prepare monthly management reports, commission analysis and ad-hoc reporting to support business decision-making. Support forecasting, budgeting, year-end close and financial audit requirements. Handle finance operations, including invoice and payment matters, and liaise with external consultants. Identify and implement improvements to commission and finance processes, data gathering and reporting efficiency.

About you

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
• Experience in Salesforce and/or compensation software preferred
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and across cross-functional departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
