Finance Executive/Manager

About the role

XinXi Family Office is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Finance Executive / Manager to join our growing team. In this versatile role, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, handle general ledger and financial statement preparation for our investment entities, manage cash flow, and ensure statutory compliance (IRD, Companies Registry, MPF). You will work closely with leadership and external professional partners (bankers, legal counsel, and auditors) while providing hands-on operational support across our family investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books and records
• Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping for various investment entities
• Prepare general ledgers and financial statements for family investment entities
• Assist in preparing and reviewing bank reconciliations and financial statements
• Prepare, maintain, and review various investment-related reports
• Prepare for meetings, maintain records, prepare relevant presentations and reports, assist in following up on incomplete tasks and progress updates
• Support business management, such as audit, banking activities and other operational tasks, including reporting to the Company Registry, IRD, etc.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including payments, reimbursements, bank transactions and cash flow management
• Assist in month-end closing, annual audit and financial reporting
• Handle payroll administration, MPF and other finance-related duties

About you

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar degree preferred
• Previous experience with Cash Management, Financial Reporting / Statement Preparation, and General Ledger Implementation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling is a plus) and PowerPoint/Pitchbook
• Familiarity with stock trading platforms or equity order entry systems is advantageous
• Worked in SFC license Company with FRR experience will be an advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Ability to liaise confidently with senior bankers and legal counsel
• Strong organizing skills, multitasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented with a good working attitude
