Position: Finance Lead

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Work Mode: Onsite

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 Monthly

About the Role

Our client, a growing group with interests across Finance, Retail and Real Estate, is seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Lead to oversee the company’s financial operations, strengthen financial controls and provide accurate financial insights to support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis and internal controls. Experience within retail, ecommerce, financial services or a diversified business environment will be an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN or CFA, completed or in progress, is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, financial services, investment, real estate or diversified business groups is highly desirable.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple business units will be an added advantage.
