The role will partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance, compliance, process efficiency, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities

• Direct & Indirect Taxation

• GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and advisory.

• TDS review, payments, return filing, and tax audit support.

• Income tax compliance, Form 15CA (145) /15CB (146) filings, and assessment support.

• Other Compliances.

• Monthly, half-yearly, and annual SEZ filings.

• Managing statutory compliance trackers and regulatory requirements.

• FP&A & Business Finance

• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.

• MIS, management reporting, dashboards, and business presentations.

• Financial analysis, profitability reviews, and decision-support reporting.

• Accounting & Reporting

• Month-end/year-end closure and financial statement preparation.

• Account reconciliations and audit coordination.

• Fixed asset accounting and insurance management.

• Projects & Process Improvement: Support due diligence, valuation, IPO, and business expansion initiatives. Drive automation, SAP reporting enhancements, process standardization, and internal controls.

• knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, SEZ regulations, and accounting standards.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Workings Knowledge on using AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools. e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT etc.)
