What they need

Compliance and Risk: Enforce internal financial controls and ensure adherence to local tax and regulatory laws.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise accounting and finance professionals.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
Certifications: Professional credentials such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Experience: 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting management
