Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee financial management of the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a healthy bottom line.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop business cases for new initiatives and projects.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of financial performance.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the medical services industry.
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven track record of developing effective business plans and driving revenue growth.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, including billing processes and insurance regulations.
