Finance Head

Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of LY Consultancy Inc. This role manages the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Head of Finance leads budgeting and forecasting processes, monitors cash flow, and provides financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions. Daily activities include guiding the finance team, reviewing financial controls, coordinating with external auditors and partners, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial governance. The role also involves advising senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities, helping shape policies that support sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Reporting, with experience overseeing end-to-end finance operations.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational goals.
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Metro Manila.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, advanced Excel, financial modeling software).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams and drive process improvements.
