Finance Head

Will oversee the company’s overall financial operations and ensure effective financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounting, and financial controls. The position will provide strategic financial guidance to management and ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance
• Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures are implemented
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and government regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate strategies and improvements
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• CPA Board Passer
• At least 15 years of experience in General Finance
• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
• Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting
