Role Summary
We are looking for a Finance Head to lead Finance, Credit Control, Collections, Working Capital and MIS for our Tamil Nadu operations. This is a business-facing finance leadership role working closely with Sales, Operations and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Credit Control, Receivables and Collections.
- Lead Finance & Accounts operations for Tamil Nadu.
- Monitor customer credit limits, ageing, DSO and overdue accounts.
- Drive working capital, cash flow and liquidity management.
- Prepare and review financial and business MIS.
- Monitor revenue, margins, profitability and expenses.
- Manage inventory ageing and commercial financial controls.
- Oversee GST, taxation, audits and statutory compliance.
- Manage banking relationships and working-capital facilities.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Credit Control team.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant Finance / Accounts / Credit Control experience.
- Strong experience in Credit Control, Collections and Working Capital.
- Experience in Distribution, Retail, Consumer Electronics, FMCG or similar industries preferred.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, MIS and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Language
Tamil & English – Mandatory
Malayalam – Strongly Preferred
