Key Responsibilities

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting (revenue/ expense/ cash flow/ profitability), and cost control for the Jio Arogya project.

· Oversee accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue, receivables, payables, and project-level financial records.

· Monitor cash flow, treasury decisions, banking operations, and centre cash controls, including reconciliation and timely deposits.

· Advise the Project Head and leadership team on the financial implications of operational decisions.

· Oversee complete billing and collection cycles, vendor payments, procurement-related financial controls, and coordination with Procurement and Supply Chain.

· Monitor outstanding patient dues, ageing reports, bad debts, refunds, and credit balances.

· Monitor compliance with contracts, licences, procurement policies, and delegated authority limits.

· Manage payroll-related finance coordination, taxation, statutory payments, and other financial obligations.

· Evaluate vendor quotations, contracts, service-level agreements, and payment terms.

· Ensure compliance with applicable tax, statutory, and financial requirements and coordinate with auditors for internal/statutory audits.

· Establish and monitor financial controls, approval processes, and risk management to prevent errors, leakage, and financial irregularities.

· Monitor project/entity-wise financial performance, budgets, actuals, variances, and profitability.

· Oversee fixed assets, financial records, and required documentation.

· Prepare management reports covering revenue, expenses, EBITDA or operating surplus, cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.

· Prepare and review financial MIS, management reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for decision-making.

· Work with clinical and operations teams to control medical consumables and pharmacy inventory.

· Provide financial inputs for business plans, procurement decisions, contracts, operational initiatives, and resource allocation.

· Assess the commercial viability of new doctors, specialties, diagnostics, procedures, partnerships, and outreach programmes.

· Lead and guide the Finance/Accounts team and ensure timely closure of financial activities.

· Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger financial controls across the project.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
