About Primero Security

Primero Security is a growing security and investigations agency providing manned guarding and executive protection services. We are building our core leadership team and are looking for a Finance Head to own the finance function and help set up the company for growth. This role will lead the finance team and run day-to-day finance operations: accounting, payroll, billing and collections, and compliance. You will report directly to President and act as a key adviser on pricing, budgets, and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations: bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and bank and cash management
• Manage accurate, on-time payroll for guards and office staff, including overtime, night differential, holiday pay, and 13th month pay
• Ensure client billing is timely and collections are followed through
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, with clear analysis for the owners
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and contract costing and pricing for new client proposals
• Ensure full compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE requirements, including wage orders
• Set up and improve finance policies, internal controls, and systems
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• At least 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years leading a team
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for a large workforce and with Philippine tax and labor compliance
• Experience in a security agency, manpower services, or similarly labor-intensive business is a strong advantage
• Comfortable in a hands-on role in a growing company, building processes rather than inheriting them
• Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills
• Proficient in MsExcel

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
