Finance Head

Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management agenda for the business.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner, driving commercial decision-making, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Lead profitability and margin management across products, customers, channels, and business verticals.
• Drive pricing, trade investment, and commercial evaluation to maximize returns and financial performance.
• Ensure rigorous working capital management, with a strong focus on receivables, inventory, cash flow, and stock health.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to strengthen forecasting accuracy, demand planning, and inventory efficiency.
• Provide clear visibility into customer, channel, and business-unit profitability, including cost-to-serve analysis.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners on product costing, transfer pricing, claims, and financial reconciliations.
• Establish strong commercial controls and governance across credit, trade spends, marketing investments, and business commitments.
• Lead business reviews and provide actionable insights that drive performance, profitability, and cash generation.
• Ensure robust compliance, financial controls, and risk management across all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Build scalable finance processes, systems, and governance frameworks to support the next phase of growth.
