Finance Head

Alphard International Freight Forwarding Inc. is a Metro Manila–based freight forwarder handling international sea and air cargo, customs clearance, and door-to-door logistics for importers and exporters. We are a growing company looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for a Finance Head to lead our finance and accounting team, strengthen controls, and give management clear visibility on cash, margins, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting team, including the Accounting Officers and Accounting Associates
• Oversee billing, collections, payables, and cash management
• Monitor job costing and gross profit per shipment and client
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure timely BIR filings and SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
• Coordinate with external auditors and support SEC and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• At least 7 years of finance or accounting experience, 3+ years in a supervisory or head role
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or trading is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of PFRS and Philippine tax rules
• Hands-on experience with advanced MSExcel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
