About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the company's finance function, ensure financial discipline, drive business performance, and oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, GST, TDS, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, operating expenses, and key financial metrics.
• Prepare and present financial reports and business insights to senior management.
• Manage audits, taxation matters, banking relationships, and statutory filings.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with business heads to support strategic decisions and business growth.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with substantial experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, audit management, and cash flow optimization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial management tools, and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in a technology-driven, SaaS, or fast-growing organization will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Up to 35 LPA, depending on experience, qualifications, and suitability.
