Finance Head (CPA)

The Finance Section Head – Financial Planning and Business Partnering provides strategic financial leadership to operational and corporate function areas within a business unit. The role ensures data-driven insights are provided in a timely manner for decision making purposes, assists in robust financial planning, supports regulatory obligations and drives cost efficiency. As a trusted advisor, this role challenges and influences senior leaders to optimize performance and long-term value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of the overall financial health of the business unit.
• Strong financial governance across capital and operational expenditures
• BU Performance reporting to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Financial forecasts and budget
• 100% timely preparation and review of financial plans, financial models and budgets for new business acquisition and existing businesses
• Local Tax Management
• Regulatory accounting
• 100% timely and smooth transition of new business acquisition up to commencement date
• NBD Support
• Ensure top risks are identified, monitored and reported on a timely manner
• Review and approval of business transactions based on the Level of Authority (LOA)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Should be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 10 years of full-time accounting or financial management experience, at least 5 of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Experienced financial leader in a senior level capacity
• Preferably with experience in external and financial audit
• Must possess excellent oral/written communication skills
