Finance Intern

We are looking for a motivated ACCA student or Finance graduate to join our finance team as an Accountant Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting functions, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping operations, ideal for building practical experience alongside or after academic/professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Support in preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Help reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems
• Assist with data entry into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or ERP systems)
• Support the team during month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in expense tracking and petty cash management
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA student (part-qualified/pursuing Skills or Professional level) OR Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, related field
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm
