About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team on a full-time basis in Kuala Lumpur.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical, real-world experience in financial analysis, risk management, and business consulting. You will work closely with our team and be involved in various projects, research activities, financial analysis, and client-related assignments.

The role is suitable for students who are looking to strengthen their technical and professional skills while gaining exposure to the financial consulting industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in conducting financial and insurance policy analysis for clients
• Participate in client meetings and assist in understanding clients' financial needs and objectives
• Review clients' existing insurance policies and prepare policy comparison and analysis reports
• Assist in analysing coverage, benefits, premiums, policy terms, and potential gaps in clients' existing plans
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations based on client information
• Conduct research on financial products, insurance solutions, market trends, and relevant regulations
• Assist in preparing recommendations and presentation materials for client discussions
• Support senior consultants during client meetings and follow-up activities
• Maintain and organise client documents and financial information professionally
• Assist with other financial planning, risk management, and consulting projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in finance, financial planning, risk management, and consulting
• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Previous internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or consulting will be an advantage
