Finance Intern

About the role:

As a Finance Intern, you will support the regional Finance team in handling daily accounting and finance operations for multiple countries within the group. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to real finance processes in a regional shared services environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Support account reconciliation, including bank accounts and general ledger
• Assist Accounts Payable tasks such as checking invoices, preparing payment documents and filing
• Assist Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits
• Support daily finance operations and month-end closing activities for multiple countries

Who we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Willing and able to self-learn
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and strong learning ability
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Able to start work immediately
