FINANCE INTERN

• Assist the Finance team with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Scan, organize, and properly file financial and accounting documents.
• Assist in encoding and updating financial records and documents.
• Assist in sorting and organizing documents for proper filing and record-keeping.
• Help retrieve and compile financial documents as requested by the Finance team.
• Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of financial records.
• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle documents and records with confidentiality.
• Willing to perform administrative and clerical tasks.
