About the role
This is an internship role focused on financial operations and data management. You will process bank statements, reconcile bills, and manage financial documents to support business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process bank statements, accurately screen client payment records, and organize them into standard spreadsheets to upload into the business system
- Reconcile matched business bills in the system with financial ledgers, and update the corresponding transaction statuses in the system in a timely manner
- Assist with financial document archiving, data organization, and other supportive tasks to ensure the integrity and compliance of financial data
About you
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently enrolled
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, Financial Economics, Economics, Management, Data Analysis, or related fields are preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office software, with strong data processing capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and rigorous
- Able to promptly report abnormal issues and proactively follow up
- Identify with core values of "Customer First" and "Being a Friend of Time"
