What they need
Key responsibilities
- Process all suppliers' invoices accurately within the given period
- Check and resolve invoice discrepancies, including perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are escalated in a timely manner and properly documented, prioritized, tracked and resolved (with suppliers/purchasing/warehouse)
- Perform data entries for AP records
- Monitor and reconcile suppliers' aging records with suppliers' statement
- Compile payment vouchers and documents for signature
- Ensure proper and organized filing of documents relating to payments
- Witness and monitor the scrap metal's disposal process
- Assist in monthly stock count
- Handle ad hoc assignments when required by management
