Finance Intern

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Help prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of company accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Encode and update financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules
• Perform filing, scanning, and proper documentation of accounting records
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial-related concerns
• Comply with company policies, accounting standards, and confidentiality requirements

About you

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Management Accounting, or related field
• Must complete 500–600 internship hours as required by their school program
• Can commit to a regular schedule until the required hours are completed
• Willing to work on-site
