- Assist in processing invoices, payment requests, and staff claims.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform data entry into accounting systems and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.
- Support monthly closing activities such as reconciliation and checking of transactions.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and tracking of incoming/outgoing payments.
- Support audit preparation by compiling required documents and schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance team.
