What they need
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing daily IBG payment transactions with updating PO transaction references, and recording approved outward payments in the accounting system.
- Support AP trade invoice posting and data entry in the accounting system.
- Prepare and email monthly customer account statements.
- Assist in matching customer receipts against bank records and updating tracking spreadsheets.
- Support allocation of customer payments against outstanding invoices in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in data entry.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.
- Able to commit from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027.
