Finance Intern

该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for one detail-oriented and motivated Financial Intern to join our team and support Government rebate operations. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare finance, data validation, compliance reporting, and audit documentation. Responsibilities：

• Processing & Validation: Assist in reviewing and validating quarterly state Medicaid rebate claims against internal utilization data and historical trends.
• Data Management: Utilize Excel and data tools to format, analyze, and maintain datasets.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Support the team in tracking payment statuses, reconciling rebate cross-references, and ensuring timely filing to meet state regulations.
• Audit Documentation: Assist in organizing files, maintaining clear audit trails, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance purposes. Qualifications：
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. Majors in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or related fields are preferred.
• Able to work on-site at least 3 days per week for 6 months; candidates available 5 days per week are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Writing and reading in English is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
