Job Title: Finance Intern (6-Month Internship)

Stipend:

• Day Shift: LKR 20,000/month
• Night Shift: LKR 25,000/month
• Out-District Candidates: Stip-end + Accommodation will be provided

Potential Full-Time Salary: Up to LKR 100,000/month

Conversion Opportunity: High intent to convert to full-time based on performance

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Role Summary

Join Teceze’s Finance team to gain practical exposure in financial operations, reporting, and analysis. You’ll support daily finance activities including reconciliations, budgeting, and documentation while developing a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
• Support bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and expense tracking .
• Help with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis .
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for audits and compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports under supervision.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on payroll and financial coordination.

What You’ll Learn

• End-to-end exposure to corporate finance operations.
• Financial reporting and analysis using modern tools.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Practical experience with accounting software and Excel-based dashboards.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration .
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets .
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting is an advantage.
