What they need
Job Scope:
1. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Record daily transactions in accounting software. (Autocount)
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Support
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Track outstanding payments and assist in follow-ups with clients or vendors.
3. Financial Documentation & Filing
- Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Ensure all documents are complete and comply with company policies.
4. Ad-hoc Finance & Administrative Support
- Assist the finance team with special projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
