Finance Intern

What You May Be Exposed To

As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team in day-to-day activities and gain practical exposure to various areas of finance and business operations. Depending on ongoing projects and business requirements, your exposure may include:

• Day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR and GL
• Recording financial transactions using the AutoCount Accounting System
• Account reconciliation, project settlement and financial reporting
• Invoice issuance, payment processing, collections and receipts
• Month-end closing and preparation of financial schedules
• Investigation and reconciliation of operational and financial discrepancies
• Procurement processes, including quotations, PRs, POs and vendor management
• Supplier invoice verification and supporting documentation
• Working with different departments on finance, procurement and operational matters
